Once you have decided on the type and style of your loft conversion or extension or the type of project we can make possible with the space available, we then need to obtain planning consent / certificate of lawful development and building regulation approval.

Where appropriate we will supply detailed structual engineering calculations and report for approval by your local authority building control department.

Planning concent may be declined but in most cases of loft conversions / extensions they are easily passed.
Not all work has to have planning permission, some work can be carried out by building notice which saves time and cost.
